What our Breast Care Workshops involve
We deliver breast care workshops for many different groups including churches, offices, prisons, youth clubs, community centres, women's shelters, company's and many more to help raise awareness and educate on breast care. If you would like a workshop for your group, then please get in touch with me to discuss this further.
Breast Care Workshops
Breast care is very important and we are extremely passionate on this subject. My workshop will be targeted for the specific needs of the group but will involve advice on:
- How you can self examine your own breasts
- Signs and symptoms of breast cancer
- Advice on looking after your breasts
- Information on having the correct size bra
- Non-judgemental support
- Question and answer session
What else we offer
The workshops we offer are created to keep my audience engaged by giving a more interactive approach with group work, advice sessions and demonstrations. For the children, we also have Daisy, a friendly character to help the children be more excited, engaged and relaxed.
We also offer one to one advice and private home visits for those that would like an even more personal session. Based in West Midlands, we mainly cover the all round Birmingham, Solihull and North Warwickshire areas but can go anywhere in England.
